Unite le alghe tagliate sottili, l'acqua e lasciate cuocere per 10 minuti. Aggiungete il miso sciolto in poco brodo di cottura, il mirin, la salsa di soia ed il tofu. Coprite con della pellicola trasparente dopo aver mescolato bene e lasciate riposare. Nel frattempo stufate i porri tagliati a fettine sottili nell'olio evo fino a cottura. Aggiungete i porri nella ciotola contenente il pane. Lasciate raffreddare ed unite i restanti ingredienti. Formate i canederli con le mani leggermente inumidite. Tuffateli in acqua salata (se li volete servire asciutti) oppure in un buon brodo caldo lasciandoli cuocere per 10 minuti prima di servirli.</b></span></div>

<span style="color: #ea9999; font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"><b style="background-color: #444444;">mettete il pane nel boccale ed azionate per 50 secondi a velocità 4. toglietelo dal boccale e mettetelo all’interno di una ciotola. ora inserite nel bimby il latte di soia, 4 minuti velocità 1 a 100°. mettete il latte all’interno della ciotola contenente il pane, coprite con della pellicola da cucina e lasciate riposare per 30 minuti circa. nel boccale mettete i porri a velocità 4 per 10 secondi. unite olio e sale, fate cuocere 15 minuti a 100° velocità cucchiaio ed altri 10 a temperatura varoma (togliendo il tappo). mettete i porri nella ciotola, unite il tofu tagliato a dadini molto piccoli, 8 gocce di aroma affumicato, 3 cucchiai di fecola, 3 cucchiai di parmigiano veg, aglio in polvere, prezzemolo tritato e sale. formate i canederli con le mani leggermente inumidite. tuffateli in acqua salata (se li volete servire asciutti) oppure in un buon brodo caldo lasciandoli cuocere per 10 minuti prima di servirli.</b></span></div>
